HKS-Group has established and realized the First private Sector Oil Refinery in Egypt in 1993, based on an environmental friendly project, the project was completed and successfully operated in 2001, with a capital of 760 Million US$. The Middle East Oil Refinery was described by the EIB, “as the Jewel of Middle East Projects”. After the successful operation of the Refinery and the whole projects, HKS-Group decided to pullout and to concentrate in other new ventures and projects, since the successful pullout from the Oil & Gas Business, HKS-Group is consulting on the core business of Hospitality & Tourism.
